The next stop on our trip was up to Lady Bird Johnson Grove for a hike.
We had a great mix of big trees and ferns.

Ty loved finding these black and yellow caterpillars. He shot many pictures of them, up close, with flash. Hopefully we didn't kill them all.
Wrapping ourselves around a tree, all our arms linked we made it all the way around.
