Once that was over we headed over to our friends for some BBQ, a dip in the pool and off to the mall for fireworks. It was a good time, the kids did well hanging out in a parking lot for a good hour and half waiting for it to be dark enough for the show to start.
We were doing well today, until Ty decided to be a stunt man and drive his push car off the step. The best fat lip and bloody mess we've dealt with so far! Way to go dude!
"You're seriously taking my picture?"
"Smiling because you said Ice Cream!"
"Mmm, Ice Cream for dinner...."

Great Fourth, though we found a much better place to watch fireworks next year!
