This week we traveled up to the Dry Diggin's Dolphin's pool at Union Mine High School.
It was a very long and hot day, with computer issues slowing things down.
The boys had a good day based on their stop watch times, curious to see what the official times are when we get them later this week.
Cody had a good day in the pool, swimming the 50 freestyle, backstroke & breast, as well as swimming breast in the medley relay and in the freestyle relay.
He improved his backstroke and breast times.
Tyler had a great day in the pool, finishing 1st or 2nd in all his races!
He also swam back and breast, then also added butterfly to the mix, with the same relay program as Cody.
He improved all three of his individual times.
I didn't video anything this week, but will again in July to see how they have improved.
